18. Provisions related to the work, duties and rights of the Government Reform Unit (1) The main work of the Government Reform Unit established in accordance with Section 29 of the Act is to implement and operate the policy of continuous improvement in accordance with the recognition of government reform. (2) Without adversely affecting the generality of sub-rule (1), the functions, duties and powers of the Government Reform Unit shall be as follows:-
(a) To provide information, advice and support for the creation and improvement of laws, policies and procedures related to work carried out by the Ministry,
(B) To be active continuously for the improvement of work processes and procedures related to the Ministry
(c) will continue to strive to improve the quality of office performance by using the latest principles of public administration and management,
(D) Conducting trainings, conferences and interactions related to government reforms,
(e) To develop government reform as an integral part of the governance system,
(f) To observe and monitor public service delivery and government reforms to make the work done by the ministry economical, efficient and people-oriented.
